On October 19, experts of the Energy Reforms coalition initiate a public discussion to prevent delays in establishment of the minimum strategic oil stocks in Ukraine.
Despite clear goals and support from international partners, Ukraine has not yet come close to implementation of the reform in oil sector. The priority for now is to define the model and approve the action plan, as well as to develop and adopt legislation, necessary for the development of stocks management system. The discussion aims to accelerate the reform process and consolidate the efforts of authorities, international partners and expert community to find optimal solutions.
